Downstairs you will find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen & cozy seating area, the large floor-to-ceiling glass bi-fold doors open out to an additional covered sitting and alfresco dining area with the large private infinity pool with sun loungers.

Each spacious bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The master and queen bedrooms open onto a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and relish in the 180-degree views before starting your day. The master bedroom is the most generous-sized bedroom, with a large walk-in shower and walk-through wardrobe area. The top floor would be bedroom 3 with another king-size bed. Bedroom 4 with a queen size bed is situated on the entry level of the villa.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest’s use and 2 full days of housekeeping during your stay.

On the seaside property stands the Great House with the Great Bar overlooking a large infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. In the Great House, the Carriage House, the two cottages and Hillaby House there are twelve spacious suites for up to 30 guests. The seaside offers numerous possibilities for formal or informal dining, entertainment or tranquil relaxation.

Set amongst lily ponds, lawns and lovingly tended gardens, our neighbouring land side property houses a large games room, home cinema, spa room, fully equipped gym, conference room and a floodlit US Open style tennis court.

**The Great House can be booked in suite increments of 8, 10 or 12, accommodating up to 30 guests including children. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Owners and guests can enjoy facilities, such as, a club house, 2 swimming pools (an infinity edge, overlooking the west coast and the other a free form with waterfall and shallow children’s area), a fitness gym, floodlit tennis courts, a restaurant and concierge desk.

Coconut Shell, a luxurious private Villa is nicely positioned in an elevated, breezy section of the beautifully, tropical landscaped grounds in Sugar Hill. The Villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom situated on the ground floor. Ascend the spiral staircase to the first floor which accommodates the second bedroom also with ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom with the bathroom located just next door. All three bedrooms have their own private terrace.

There is a modern well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting room leading to a large terrace which is perfect for outdoor dining.

Sugar Hill is within a 5-minute drive of the famous platinum west coast with its picturesque beaches, boutiques, and fine dining.

These rates include the Fairmont Beach Membership and housekeeping 3 days per week when occupied.
