This tranquil and secluded white sand stretch of beach takes its name from the Sandy Lane hotel that occupies the southern end of the cove. Except for the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel only four other properties, including Landfall can boast this premier position on Sandy Lane beach.

This very spacious 6-bedroom property provides the ultimate in villa luxury. From the moment one enters the central courtyard with its cascading tropical flowers and bubbling fountain, the enticement to see more ensues.

The ground floor reveals two spacious bedrooms, a gazebo, dining room and a spacious indoor living area overlooking the pool and stunning beach. A sunken living room with numerous comfortable sofas and lounges provides a place to relax in cool surroundings.

On the First Floor, a magnificent master suite with adjoining balcony awaits you, as well as three equally splendid bedrooms, all air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms, providing ample accommodation for larger groups. There is also an upstairs lounge, offering another quiet haven. This unique property is ideal for entertaining - accommodating sunset cocktails in the jacuzzi, midday lunch parties around the swimming pool and starlit barbeques on the beach.

This privately owned villa is let complete, with all equipment and utilities, and is run by trained staff consisting of a security guard, butler, two maids, cook, laundress and gardener. Babysitters can be provided on request and supplies of food and drink can also be provided with prior notice.

Landfall adjacent to the Sandy Lane Estate and Golf Course is a short walk from historic Holetown where there are traditional shops at the Chattel House Village; Limegrove Lifestyle Centre - full of premium international designer brands including Ralph Lauren, Gucci, etc., banks, a post office; a supermarket,

Located in the spectacular Sugar Hill Tennis Village, Palm Breeze is a stunning, one bedroom apartment located at the end of row on the ground floor. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout the unit.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Housekeeping services are provided once weekly. All towels are provided in the apartment, as well as towels for outdoor and pool use.

The Sugar Hill Tennis Village is set on 90 acres of extremely well-maintained grounds. There is a clubhouse with breathtaking views, a magnificent 2,000 sq. ft. infinity edge pool and state of the art fitness centre. There is also a children’s pool, complimentary tennis at four world-class floodlit courts and a lovely restaurant and bar. A members’ lounge offers satellite television and a quiet area to relax over the odd game of chess. Sugar Hill has 24-hour security patrol and checkpoint on arrival, as well as an onsite management team. Restaurant bookings, local attraction bookings and babysitting can also be arranged for you.
