The hallway leads to the upper floor via an elegant staircase to two large master suites, both with air conditioning, both opening to a private furnished upper terrace with views of the gardens and beyond. There is ample walk-in storage and closet space in both and the Ensuite bathrooms are extremely well appointed with double sinks, large showers and one bathroom also having an oversized bathtub.

A large, covered veranda has fantastic views over the breath-taking private tropical gardens and sea. There is causal seating area and a large dining area, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The open living area is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable seating and a large TV with Sonos Sound system throughout the property.

On the exterior, the lower pool deck, accessed from the main patio, has an infinity edge swimming pool - a tranquil spot, perfect for poolside refreshments and entertaining, inclusive of parasols, sun loungers and two pool side gazebos. There is a pool side bathroom complete with large shower and an outdoor pool shower. 

Fig Tree House has a generous double car port including an outdoor charging point, as well as a storage facility.

The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, Miele kitchen with induction stovetop, and covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool and sea beyond. Also located on the entry-level is the first guest bedroom which offers an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

On the lower level, the ensuite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also ensuite, offers 2 twin beds and walk-through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
