In the best part of the West Coast and located in Holetown, this villa was fully renovated in 2019, including the addition of a new pool, brand new kitchen and bathrooms and landscaping. The house is furnished with luxury brands such as Roche-Bobois and everything has been designed by the owners in detail as they spend part of the time in this house. The housekeeper, who has been working with the owners for years, is included in the rent twice a week from Monday to Friday.
Limegrove 7 was originally built some 50 years ago, and Limegrove Lifestyle Center was built around the house which now includes the newly opened Clifton Market. The house benefits from the 24-hour security of Limegrove Lifestyle Center security patrols. The best refined shopping and dining area in Barbados is within easy 5-minute walking access and includes some of the renowned restaurants such as The Cliff, Lonestar and Tides.
Limegrove Villas are in a prime location in Holetown, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and with all the essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacists, and any amenities you could ever require at your doorstep. Also, you are in a residential compound within a private road recently repaved that provides a holiday atmosphere.
For those who would like a car free vacation, Limegrove 7 is ideal as it could easily take a taxi from the airport to the house and never need to get in a car again until you head back to the airport! At the same time, for those who would like to enjoy the South Coast and more variety, including events such as the Cricket World Cup, this villa is only 15 minutes’ drive to the stadium by car, taxi, or bus.

Imagine is a three-storey villa that has been recently renovated with a stylish interior as well as a keyless entry that is fully equipped with security cameras and an alarm system. On the ground floor you have a lovely kitchen equipped with all amenities, laundry room that includes a washer and dryer, powder room, and a dining area to seat 6. Next to the dining area, there is a spacious living room that opens out onto the covered terrace where you’ll find a generous sized lounge area with a saltwater pool to sit out, read a book or enjoy the rays of sunshine.
On the second floor, there are 3 substantially sized bedrooms all-inclusive of their own three-piece ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom includes a king size bed with a stunning view of the Sea that you can indulge in from the standing glass balcony. All bedrooms have closet space located inside the rooms as well as an additional closet located in the hallway for linens.
The entire third floor is occupied by the voluminous master suite, which has vaulted ceilings and wall to wall glass doors that brings in the captivating natural sunlight. The master suite includes a king size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a walk-through closet that leads into the 3-piece ensuite bathroom. With a grand balcony and tasteful furnishings located off the master suite, this balcony is perfect to lounge and take pleasure in the delightful tropical sunsets.
Each room is designed in simplicity with a radiant pop of colour to complement the rich colours of the Sea. For your convenience there are air conditioners and ceilings fans in each room for those warm nights, as well as access control, and burglar bars for your safety. The entire villa is supplied with Bose Professional Audio, Lighting, keyless entry automation, along with wireless internet.
A Housekeeper 6 days/week, personal chef during winter and peak, and around the clock concierge are all included with this villa
With its ideal location, Imagine is close to all amenities such as Jordan’s supermarket, gas stations and several restaurants. On each side of Imagine, are beautiful white sandy beaches such as Batts Rock Beach, Paradise Beach and the beach at Waves Hotel and Spa.
