Going down to the lower level of the villa, the exquisite en-suite master bedroom has a peaceful ambiance and opens onto the private plunge pool deck. The second bedroom also opens onto the pool deck and has the same rustic feel that is present throughout the entire villa and shares a bathroom with cozy bedroom three.

The glistening private plunge pool is the perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy a cooling dip.

An open plan living, and dining area can be found on the upper level of the villa, leading out to a spacious covered balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a delicious Barbadian meal, dining alfresco.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, beautifully balancing a sleek modern look with the warm ambiance of the villa.

Housekeeping is included, making sure that everything you need is at your fingertips to ensure your holiday in Barbados relaxed.

Guests benefit from membership at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion where you can effortlessly trade your pool and deck for the soft sands and blue waters a favourite for many visitors. Choose to snorkel or swim with vibrant tropical fish and turtles or relax in the warm Barbados sun.

Social membership:

The member and family have full access to the facilities with the exception of the golf course.

Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January).

Villa guests staying in villas with Social membership, still have to register for houseguest cards and have access to the facilities as well.

With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, tee off times are available only between 10:00 am and 11:00 am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable.

Tilting Trees in Sunset Crest, nestled in the heart of this charming west coast area, offers an exquisite holiday stay. The villa boasts spacious interiors with views of the serene landscape, offering the best of both worlds - tranquility and convenience.

The air-conditioned 3-bedroom ensuite rooms all have queen size beds and the master includes a shower /tub, while the remaining bedrooms offer walk-in showers.  There is direct access from the master suite to the large 23’ x 19’ infinity pool and bar area which is fitted with sofas and chairs overlooking the pool.

The highlight of Tilting Trees is undoubtedly its outdoor haven. Step onto the expansive terrace, where the pool sparkles under the sun. Lounge on the sunbeds, sip tropical drinks under the shade of the palm trees and indulge in al fresco dining with the soothing sounds of nature as your backdrop. Need not go far, as the bar area on the patio is just a quick step away from the edge of the pool.

The home is fully furnished, with TV in the living area, Wi-Fi, security system, safes in all the bedrooms.

There are three lovely airconditioned bedrooms at Hibiscus. The ground floor features a guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, an indoor dining room with sunken living area with floor to ceiling doors that lead to a small open-air terrace out to a private plunge pool.

Positioned on the upper floor is the master suite with an intimate balcony, along with an additional guest suite and a dining terrace, all enjoying lovely views over the large central swimming pool to the tranquil aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool or take an early morning sea bath and bask in the tropical heat on the stunning, pristine, white sandy beach, just a few steps from Hibiscus. The property provides direct access, via a private stairway, to a stunning beach offering excellent swimming and snorkeling.
