The Master suite offers a King size bed, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool deck.  Bedrooms 2 and 3, also located on the ground floor share the second bathroom with Bedroom 2 offering a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 offering two Twin beds. The 4th bedroom: located on the entry level of the property, offers an en suite bathroom and Queen size bed.

Guests staying at Sugar Cane Ridge 22 "Mimosa"   have access to a range of facilities within the resort: Private gym / Communal pool / Rum Shak / Golf / Tennis / Exclusive Mullins Beach Club (daily shuttle service available)

Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 6-minute drive. While in Holetown you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and craft (souvenirs) and plenty dining options to choose from.

Royal Westmoreland Golf Club is independent from the property estate and reserves the right to change club rules, including access to the course and tee times at their discretion.

Important Notice 

From 1st May, 2026, please expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
