Named Coral House, as the house boasts many coral-stone features. Located in Barbados’s famed Platinum Coast, Coral House sits within the exclusive and secure Royal Villa, Royal Westmoreland estate. It is a couple of minutes-drive down Crick Hill to the Lone Star Restaurant.
Coral House offers 6,000 square feet of living and entertainment space. It has been newly and elegantly refurbished and offers five spacious ensuite bedrooms and three reception rooms, all with flat screen televisions. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The house has its own private pool, with a 25-meter communal pool and children’s paddling pool set nearby in the communal grounds, with their immaculately maintained rolling lawns and indigenous plants
As you approach Coral House you walk past a mosaic water feature and enter the house through a porch to a beautiful coral-stone cloister hallway. The hallway, with its conversational art pieces, leads to the east and west wings of the house.
From the entrance hall, stairs lead up to the modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen situated in the west wing. This abuts a large living area with sofas, Samsung Frame television, portable Sonos entertainment system and a dining table. The kitchen area leads out on to a covered terrace which is furnished for outdoor dining and overlooks the private pool deck and the communal grounds (softly illuminated at night). On this level, there is a second spacious living area (30’ x 30’) in the east wing, equipped with Sonos and a 75” Samsung Frame Television, perfect for families or large parties (there are numerous games of chance and skill in the drawers of the side tables). There is access to a further covered terrace with views to the sea and comfortable seating for quiet relaxation.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom are situated on the ground floor of the east wing. Both are spacious suites with king size beds, large bathrooms with shower, free-standing bath and double vanity units (the master bathroom has a beautiful marble book matched wall). Each bedroom suite has a sitting area with French doors leading out to the pool deck. A third bedroom, situated on the ground floor of the west wing, has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom housing shower, free-standing bath and double vanity units. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are situated off the entrance hall. Both bedrooms are roomy with two twin beds which can be made into a king size bed if necessary. The bedrooms have walk in closets and the ensuite bathrooms have rain showers and double vanity units. All Coral House’s bedrooms have their own televisions. The Master bedroom has a portable Sonos.
The 30’ private pool is accessed via a well-appointed bar lounge in the west wing, which has a sofa for relaxing out of the sun and a further Samsung Frame television and portable Sonos. Behind the bar there is a pool shower. The bar lounge opens on to a spacious, covered outdoor lounge and from there on to the pool deck with numerous sunbeds, recliners, umbrellas, and a further dining table (there is also an outdoor barbecue).
There are in all three dining tables (set for eight persons), situated in the kitchen area (inside), on the west wing terrace (undercover) and the pool deck (large umbrella). There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The televisions in the three reception rooms receive many foreign television stations, including sports channels. Guests of Coral House have access to the Royal Westmoreland spa, gym, renowned golf course and to the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Mullins Beach Bar.

Westmoreland Hills 4, Villa Michael is a newly built (2022), minimalistic 3-bedroom villa situated across one level on the stunning West Coast of Barbados.
The villa is sophisticatedly furnished with a black and white monochrome concept with hints of gold pieces and decor and provides top-class upgrades such as air-conditioning throughout the entire home and a supersized 26’ private swimming pool for your use and comfort.
The simplistic yet elegant bedrooms all have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a ceiling fan, holds a king bed and has an en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and shower.
The two air-conditioned guest bedrooms carry two sets of twins which can be joined if needed. A shared bathroom with a shower and vanity is available for use for this bathroom and guests.

Villa Virgo is a beautifully designed home with all finishes being contemporary and neutral with a light and airy feel. Offering breathtaking sea views from every level of the property even while swimming in the pool.
In this newly constructed villa you will find an open plan kitchen with expansive living space that flows onto a large partially covered outdoor patio and a very inviting infinity edge swimming pool.
The concept of the villa is to offer an outside feeling while still being inside; with its bifold glass doors onto the pool area and sliding glass doors to the side of the property. This also allowing for cool breezes to flow through.
You will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and an additional guest en-suite bedroom upstairs as well as the master suite. The master suite also has views of the ocean with large glass doors. Upstairs has another amazing terrace offering phenomenal sea views. This terrace can be accessed both via the master bedroom as well as a separate door. Great for enjoying on an afternoon and watching the sun set.
The villa is located just a 12 minute walk to Limegrove and many of the West Coast amenities.

Honeycomb House Barbados is a truly special villa in Barbados. It is a one of a kind property in a superb location to access Holetown and the beautiful West Coast Beach.
Located just minutes walk down a leafy beach path from the beach it is in an ideal spot. Walk south at the end of the path to Colony Club and Coral Reef which are minutes' walk away. Walk north at the end of the beach path to head towards Glitter Bay and Lone Star.
This serene 5-bedroom villa in Queens Fort, has been a passion project for one of Barbados' most well-known designers, Sophie Domenge. It has only recently been completed and is new to the rental market.
Honeycomb House rents with the services of a housekeeper and a cook. A butler can be arranged at additional cost upon request. The villa has its own private swimming pool, fire pit, covered BBQ dining area and yoga/exercise studio.
This stunning villa has been re-imagined and carefully redesigned. It has been completely refurbished and furnished. It offers the very best in finishes and workmanship. The designer worked alongside local artisans to design and install completely bespoke interiors. There are perfectly sized furnishings to the finest decorations. Every special item has been thoughtfully placed to enhance the experience of home.
Honeycomb House is designed as a circle with entertainment and enjoyment spaces at its 'honeycomb' heart. The main home stretches alongside the pool deck . This allows the rooms to benefit from beautiful views and ample natural light.
Stand out features include 4 beautiful en-suite bedrooms. 2 of these are in the main house and the other 2 are in the separate cottage. All with King Beds. It would be difficult to say which is the master bedroom because all 4 are of an equal standard. There is also a playfully decorated kids' bedroom in the main house with large 'floating' bunk beds ( beds 90cms). Rain showers open to the sky and feature delicate live orchids.
There is a "hidden" office and television lounge spaces. A welcome lounge is decorated in soft sand tones. This flows onto the dining terrace.
The home's main kitchen features integrated stainless steel appliances. There are carefully planned storage and work spaces. This is complemented by a lounge with bar and barbeque area shaded by the poolside gazebo.
The 'exercise/yoga' studio sits across the pool with durable wood toned floors. Standing mirrors and large framed glass windows overlook the tropical gardens.
In the guest cottage are 2 double en suite bedrooms, each with a dedicated private terrace. These flank a quaint country style kitchen. This is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy their own space.
All bedrooms and the main living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The villa is located in the much sought after and unique Queens Fort community. It is on the island's famous west coast just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Holetown with all its amenities is close by. Here you will find supermarkets, duty free shopping, cinemas and a medical centre.
The location encourages early morning and "any time" ocean swims. The beach is accessed down a leafy beach path close by. The beach access opens to a gorgeous stretch of beach. This has recently been enhanced and protected and invites long strolls along the ocean's edge.
As the sun sets, the thoughtful design beckons guests to return to Honeycomb House. Relax around the carefully crafted fire pit in the private garden, sparkling with soft fairy lights. Living here is like living in a private oasis. Come through the gates and relax in peace and tranquility.

Chateau de Mar is a charming 5 Bedroom holiday rental villa located on the West Coast of Barbados. This wonderful home sits just 10 steps away from the ocean and offers uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea making it the perfect spot for your next vacation.
The property is set out with four bedrooms in the main house and a charming standalone one-bedroom cottage. When you enter through the main gate the tropical gardens draw you in as you head up to the main house and pool deck. The open plan living area flows through to the fully equipped kitchen and connects you through to the four ensuite bedrooms.
