Westmoreland Hills 4, Villa Michael is a newly built (2022), minimalistic 3-bedroom villa situated across one level on the stunning West Coast of Barbados.

The villa is sophisticatedly furnished with a black and white monochrome concept with hints of gold pieces and decor and provides top-class upgrades such as air-conditioning throughout the entire home and a supersized 26’ private swimming pool for your use and comfort.

The simplistic yet elegant bedrooms all have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a ceiling fan, holds a king bed and has an en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and shower.

The two air-conditioned guest bedrooms carry two sets of twins which can be joined if needed. A shared bathroom with a shower and vanity is available for use for this bathroom and guests.

The spacious, open-plan kitchen and air-conditioned living room take in breathtaking Caribbean Sea views and even more remarkable sunsets. The Villa also offers an upgraded fridge with water and an ice maker. The living room has a flat-screen TV, along with ceiling fans in both this space and the kitchen.

The covered terrace is one of sophistication with its top notch decor and classy pieces which can be seen in the images. The covered terrace has a comfy lounge set plus an alfresco dining table. As you walk closer to the pool, lounge chairs are lined perfectly for soaking up the sun.

Development and Location: Westmoreland Hills, a small luxury gated development of 45 villas, with night security, has a large communal swimming pool with loungers, a grab-and-go cafe and a well-equipped air-conditioned gym.

The elevated position of the development means there are sea views for all of the tiered villas. You're also close to the West Coast, but still inland enough to have space around without being directly in the hustle and bustle of the popular Holetown.

You are within a 5-minute drive to the West Coast with all of its fine beaches, restaurants, beach bars, Massy supermarket and everything else in between! Not to mention you're a stone's throw away from Golf at Royal Westmoreland and a 7-minute drive to Sandy Lane's Golf Courses.

Villa Savannah, Westmoreland Hills is one of the newest additions to the development having been completed in 2022. This well-crafted home is the first in a line of 15 other one-level villas.  However, this end unit has additional upgrades for added comfort.

This stunning villa boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is designed with the highest quality materials, fixtures, and furniture. The primary bedroom is a gem, the owners have opted to expand the space. It features a king-sized bed, with an additional seating area with a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate two additional people (at US$50 per person per night), perfect for hosting guests. The bedroom also has a flat screen smart TV, cupboards and an ensuite large bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head and a handheld shower.  There is also a stylish double vanity for added convenience.

The first of the 2 other bedrooms has a queen bed.  The other guest room features two twin beds that can be joined if needed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.  All bedrooms have air-conditioning (AC), ceiling fans and cupboard space along with trendy decor and accent pieces.

Have no worries about running out of clothes to wear, as a washer/dryer is conveniently concealed and tucked away discreetly in the hallway.

Entering the open concept living room and kitchen, the villa continues to amaze. The view out to the covered terrace, sun terrace, swimming pool and ultimately, the sea is breathtaking. The living room has a cozy sofa, 85” flat screen Smart TV, cable TV with USA channels at your fingertips, sound bar and an AC unit. The kitchen includes all major appliances as well as additional luxuries such as a Vita-mix, air fryer, kettle and a coffee maker.

Under the covered terrace you’ll find dining tables and an outdoor lounge area.  Chic chaise loungers are located just in front of the expansive 26-foot upgraded swimming pool. Floaties are available for your use for added fun in the sun.

Wi-Fi is included, and boosters have been placed through the home to ensure easy living and connectivity while on vacation. A security system is in place with door cameras (which can be activated if you choose), otherwise this will remain off.

Westmoreland Hills is a boutique luxury gated community.  It is monitored 24 hours with round the clock security.  There is a large communal swimming pool with loungers, a well-equipped air-conditioned gym and a grab and go café.

A spacious entrance hall leads to the main living area which features an open plan design and flows onto a covered dining terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean views and breath-taking sunsets.  For those looking to try their hands at some Caribbean cuisine, there is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances nestled into the corner of the living space.   

Schooner Bay 204 sleeps up to four guests comfortably.  Each bedroom is air-conditioned and features full marble en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets.  The Master suite has direct access to the private terrace and bedroom two has a king bed that can be converted to two twins.

A range of activities can be enjoyed while staying at Schooner Bay including spending the day soaking up the sun while lounging by the free-form swimming pool and Jacuzzi or enjoying a swim in the warm shallow waters of the Caribbean Sea. For the more adventurous a selection of water sports is also on offer.

Guests also benefit from assigned parking, 24-hour security and facilities including a fitness centre, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as the amenities in the nearby Speightstown such as shopping, restaurants, banking and more.
