Kaiso is the centerpiece of the estate: a luxurious four‑bedroom, fully en‑suite villa set directly on the golden sands of Barbados’ West Coast. Designed for seamless indoor‑outdoor living, the villa offers uninterrupted ocean views and an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication.
The layout includes three upstairs bedrooms, all en‑suite with generous bathrooms, alongside a ground‑floor en‑suite bedroom that is ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. The open‑plan living and dining spaces are light‑filled and flow effortlessly onto a private beachfront pool deck, where a mix of shaded and sun‑filled lounging areas provides comfort, privacy, and a sense of security.
Outdoor living is a highlight at Kaiso, with a private swimming pool and integrated jacuzzi overlooking the sea. A shaded gazebo comfortably seats up to sixteen guests and serves as the perfect setting for alfresco dining and entertaining, while direct beach access allows for easy swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling just steps from the villa.
Kaiso also includes a dedicated exercise studio thoughtfully designed for both fitness and convenience. The e xercise studio / pool house includes free weights up to 15 pounds, a gym bench, yoga mats and blocks. This space also functions as a practical pool house, offering direct access to a bathroom so guests can enjoy the pool and beach without returning to the main home.

Important Note on Beach & Swimming:
While the beach in front of the property shifts naturally throughout the year, the sea directly in front is reef-protected year-round, making it ideal for snorkeling and enjoying marine life. If you prefer wading on a sandy bottom, guests can simply stroll a short distance along the beach to the left or right of the property for clear, calm water.
