The villa has been designed with a seamless open plan layout and is air-conditioned throughout and all rooms also include ceiling fans. Fully furnished it includes linen, towels, beach towels, maid / laundress service, gardener / pool maintenance and use of the communal swimming pool and patio area with sun loungers.

For the golf enthusiasts, Porters Court is a 5-minute drive away from the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course and a 10-minute drive from the Sandy Lane Golf Course – two of the finest golf courses in the Caribbean.

A stunning 3 bedroom townhouse nestled in beautifully landscaped gardens, with a private plunge pool. Royal Villa 12 features an open plan living and dining area with large doors leading to a spacious terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and each of the three bedrooms is well-appointed, with the master suite offering a private en-suite bathroom.

From 1st May, 2026, please expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.

Ocean Heights is located on a cliff front in Prospect, St. James, on the prestigious platinum west coast of Barbados. Spread over four levels, its position offers phenomenal ocean views from all four levels of the property, as each level has its own balcony from where you can delight in breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The first, second, and third floors form the main villa, whilst a separate apartment makes up the ground floor on the lowest level. 

Main Villa – First FloorThe first floor of the main villa is made up of 3 En suite bedrooms with a central lounge space between the bedrooms. Two bedrooms also open onto a privately covered terrace which leads directly to the beach.

Second FloorAscending one flight of stairs brings you to the Sitting & Dining area, perfect for entertaining. This spacious floor consists of a large dining room, a well-lit living space, a modern kitchen and an extensively covered patio. The large windows in the dining room and kitchen allow for amazing ocean views while in the comfort of a wide-open space.

Third FloorThe third floor is dedicated to the Master Suite (Sand Dollar Room). The Master Suite comprises of walk-in closet with dressing area, En suite bathroom including tub & shower, as well as a small area which can be used as a study or lounge. This level also includes an additional small room with a single bed and no bathroom.

Ground FloorThe self-contained apartment on the ground floor can be rented independently to the Main Villa. It consists of a kitchenette, and two bedrooms (a twin room and a single room) - both include a wardrobe and bath.
