Nevis Villa, located within the residential neighborhood of Heywoods Estate and within walking distance of the famed and historic Speightstown, this elegant Villa sits on three levels. The second bedroom also opens onto the pool deck and has the same rustic feel that is present throughout the entire villa and shares a bathroom with cozy bedroom three.
The glistening private plunge pool is the perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy a cooling dip.

The member and family have full access to the facilities with the exception of the golf course.
Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January).
Villa guests staying in villas with Social membership, still have to register for houseguest cards and have access to the facilities as well.
With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable.

The Sugar Cane Mews is the most recent development of houses within the beautiful Royal Westmoreland Estate. It allows you easy access to the clubhouse and is next to the first tee and short game practice area. The Sanctuary pool and gym, tennis court and Rum Shak bar are also just a short stroll away.
This location has unobstructed sea views with a desirable south-facing aspect. It also has views over the championship golf course really making this the location to be in. Sugar Cane Mews 1 is in the ideal spot!
On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en suite bathroom. There is also a large sitting area which opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
