Kaiso – The Beachfront Villa

Kaiso is the centerpiece of the estate: a luxurious four‑bedroom, fully en‑suite villa set directly on the golden sands of Barbados’ West Coast. Designed for seamless indoor‑outdoor living, the villa offers uninterrupted ocean views and an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication.

The layout includes three upstairs bedrooms, all en‑suite with generous bathrooms, alongside a ground‑floor en‑suite bedroom that is ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. The open‑plan living and dining spaces are light‑filled and flow effortlessly onto a private beachfront pool deck, where a mix of shaded and sun‑filled lounging areas provides comfort, privacy, and a sense of security.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Kaiso, with a private swimming pool and integrated jacuzzi overlooking the sea. A shaded gazebo comfortably seats up to sixteen guests and serves as the perfect setting for alfresco dining and entertaining, while direct beach access allows for easy swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling just steps from the villa.

Kaiso also includes a dedicated exercise studio thoughtfully designed for both fitness and convenience.  The e xercise studio / pool house includes free weights up to 15 pounds, a gym bench, yoga mats and blocks. This space also functions as a practical pool house, offering direct access to a bathroom so guests can enjoy the pool and beach without returning to the main home.

Kai – The Garden Retreat

Set just behind Kaiso, Kai offers a more secluded atmosphere while still benefiting from dedicated beach access and proximity to the shoreline. This charming three‑bedroom home provides a comfortable and private retreat, ideal for guests who value quiet relaxation alongside easy access to the island’s west coast lifestyle.

Kai features two upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs bedroom, as well as a bonus office or flex space that is well suited for remote work or available as an overflow sleeping area upon request. The villa has its own private plunge pool with an approximate depth of four feet five inches, complemented by a semi‑covered patio and lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil outdoor oasis. The interiors are warm and inviting, accented with playful Caribbean elements that contribute to a relaxed, welcoming feel. While conveniently located near the main road, the villa’s thoughtful design ensures a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Pool Details: Kaiso Pool: 3ft to 6ft in depth, Kaiso Jacuzzi: 3ft in depth and Kai Pool: 4.5 ft in depth.

Pool Toys:   8 pairs of reef shoes, 6 snorkels, 5 pool noodles, 2 boogie boards, 6 goggles, 12 scuba masks and 1 ball.

Security, Safety & Smart Features:  Alarm systems present in each home, intercom system that connects both villas, exterior cameras, all downstairs windows fitted with security bars, smart entry locks on front doors, JBL Bluetooth speaker, 1 large in-room safe in master bedroom for each villa and panic buttons located throughout both villas. 

Important Note on Beach & Swimming

The beach directly in front of the property naturally shifts with the seasons, as is typical along this stretch of coastline. The sea directly offshore is reef‑protected year‑round, making it ideal for snorkeling and observing marine life. Guests who prefer sandy‑bottom swimming will find calm, clear water just a short walk along the beach to either side of the property.
