Merlin Bay 1 or Oceans Edge, one of eight villas at the elegant and private Merlin Bay Resort in The Garden in St James is positioned right at the ocean’s edge and is the only one with a really private beachfront garden and a wooden deck. This split-level townhouse with the entrance on the middle level has wonderful beach and sea views from all three levels.  The floors are natural Stone throughout and all bathrooms are fitted with granite worktops and vanity units.

The main level consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. The dining and living area flow out to the patio with a private plunge pool, overlooking the garden and the sea beyond.

On the upper level are two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both having showers - including the master suite which leads out to a terrace and also has access to the rooftop terrace.

The lower floor accommodates the third air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite tub & shower and doors opening onto the patio area with Oceans Edge very own private plunge pool including patio furniture and again the sea views are spectacular. The housekeeper’s room and laundry facilities are also located on this level.
