Located on the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Royal Villa No. 22 is a beautifully furnished detached three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom villa.
The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, Miele kitchen with induction stovetop, and covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool and sea beyond. Also located on the entry-level is the first guest bedroom which offers an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.
On the lower level, the ensuite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also ensuite, offers 2 twin beds and walk-through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The main resort, just a short distance away offers a clubhouse with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort. As a privileged guest of Royal Villa 22 you will also have access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available and the benefit of full membership.
A Golf Buggy is included in the rental.
Social Membership:
Villa guests staying in villas with ‘Social Membership” are asked to register for houseguest cards at the Club House.
Guests have access to the RWM facilities and Beach Club with the exception of the golf course.
Social Members are required to pay to golf at the applicable rates and tee off times are available between 10:00 am and 11:00 am only.
Important Notice
From 1st May, 2026, please expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
