The large entrance hall leads to the open living space and modern kitchen fitted with high spec appliances, there is ample storage and is suitable for catering to large groups and kitchen staff. In addition, there is a separate housekeeper’s work area with full laundry facilities. Lastly, the ground floor carries an office with a powder room which carries a pull-out couch for additional guests.

The hallway leads to the upper floor via an elegant staircase where guests are led primarily to an immaculate entertainment room featuring a complete cinema theatre. Further up the staircase guests are met by two large master suites, both with air conditioning, both opening to a private furnished upper terrace with views of the gardens and beyond. There are ample walk-in storage and closet space in both, and the en suite bathrooms are extremely well-appointed with double sinks, large showers and one bathroom also has an oversized bathtub.

A large, covered veranda has fantastic views over the breath-taking private tropical gardens and sea. There are causal seating area and a large dining area, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The open living area is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable seating and a large TV with Sonos sound system throughout the property.

On the exterior, the lower pool deck, accessed from the main patio, has an infinite-edge swimming pool - a tranquil spot, perfect for poolside refreshments and entertaining, inclusive of parasols, sun loungers and two pool side gazebos. There is a poolside bathroom complete with large shower and an outdoor pool shower. 

Fig Tree House & Cottage has a generous double car port housing two golf buggies, including an outdoor charging point, as well as a storage facility. The property is fully secured and monitored via CCTV.
