Villa Description

Positioned right on the water’s edge east out over the Atlantic Ocean is this flat piece of oceanfront land. The access is via a secondary road in an area known as Johnsons Development in St. Philip. The lot is located just to the south of Fowl Bay next to Ocean City.

There is a rough path leading down to the water where there is a seasonal sandy beach which gets bigger and smaller depending on the tides and the time of year.

The immediate area is quite peaceful and tucked away. Locally there is a 24-hour gas station and mini mart about 3 minutes by car, with the supermarket and shops at Six Roads just 12 minutes away by car.
