Arrival is a true experience in itself — enter through the covered porte-cochère and across a tranquil koi pond before stepping into the villa’s expansive open-plan living space.

The heart of the home is a beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen featuring premium Miele induction appliances and generous counter space, ideal for private chef dining or entertaining with family and friends. The kitchen flows effortlessly into a spacious lounge area, creating a welcoming setting for both intimate evenings and larger gatherings. A separate utility room with a staff bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a spectacular 16’ x 40’ covered terrace complete with a fully built-in BBQ kitchen. This outdoor living space is designed for sunset cocktails, alfresco dining, and soaking in breathtaking West Coast Sea views.

The villa offers four luxurious en-suite bedrooms. Two well-appointed guest suites are located on the ground floor, each with private bathrooms and built-in storage — perfect for families or guests seeking easy access.

Upstairs is dedicated to privacy and indulgence. The magnificent primary suite (15’ x 19’) features its own private TV lounge, a spa-style en-suite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and dual vanities, and direct access to the expansive covered terrace. A second upstairs guest suite also opens onto the terrace and enjoys stunning westerly sea views along with a spacious private bathroom.

Both upper-level suites lead onto a breathtaking 16’ x 35’ balcony with uninterrupted Caribbean Sea views — a private sanctuary where guests can wake each morning to the beauty of Barbados.

Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:

• If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register

• We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership

• Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services

• The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week

Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:

Weekly Charge

• 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week

• 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week

• 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
