Great property, spacious, well maintained, secure. The location is perfect, a five minute walk to sandy beaches with every colour of blue sea. A ten minute stroll gets you to Holetown, which has bars and restaurants for the evening and supermarkets in the day. The west coast is the place on the island for a beach holiday. A day trip on one of the catamarans out of Bridgetown is a fun day.

Great location which is quiet and feels totally secure. The house is beautifully maintained everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. Easy access to nearby Holetown and several good eating places within walking distance. Recommend a glass bottom boat trip including swimming with the Turtles. We were there as a family and we all agreed the house and location helped to make it one of the best holidays ever
John and Di Fillery
The house cannot be faulted-it is absolutely immaculate and provides just everything that you could possibly want and more. The whole set up at The Falls including cleaning security and gardening staff and services are absolutely excellent-it is indeed a joy to see a place that is so well maintained. We have been visiting this house annually over the last 4-5 years and hopefully we will be able to return next year.

We've rented a villa in the same complex a couple of years ago. This one by far is the best!! It is very clean and well maintained, each bedroom has it's own washroom, our bed was super comfortable and loved all the extra closet space. Fully functional kitchen. And our housekeeper Sandra is so lovely. One of the best features of the villa is location!!! Literally one minute drive to the best beach on the island (Paynes Bay) or a 7 minute walk, and less than a 5 minute drive to the luxury Limegrove mall. Can't wait to go back.

The house is in a great location which meant we could easily access lots of different water sports in the day and also enjoy the nightlife. The pool is also very quiet. Most of the time there was no one else there and so it does mean that you can just stay in and chill if you want to. The house is also peaceful as it is on the opposite side to the road. We did not hire a car but the bus stop is only about 25m away and the buses are very frequent and cheap. Travelling on a yellow bus is a real Bajan experience and means that it is easy to get up and down the west coast including Bridgetown. Great experience and I would definitely recommend staying.

Having visited Barbados a number of times and stayed in different houses and Hotels I can say that this house is in the perfect location. The house is beautifully equipped and the web listing does not do the house justice! It really has everything and more you will need. It is very easy to get to beaches, shops, restaurants and yet is quiet and secluded and very relaxing. Its also feels good to be able to get up use the fitness suite and then be able to saunter to the beach, come back and have a few rum punches by the pool. There is a great selection of restaurants in Holetown and on a few nights we ate outside on the rear veranda which was very relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend the property.

The house is in a quiet location but close to beaches, buses and Holetown. We hired a car for a few days but enjoyed walking to the beach and into Holetown in the evenings and catching the bus at other times. We found near deserted beaches and the sea was deliciously warm and clear. Swimming with turtles was a highlight for us, plus Hunters Garden which was like walking into paradise. We loved our visits from the monkeys at breakfast and Oistins Fish Fry on Friday nights is great fun - it was one of the highlights for my 22yr old daughter. The house is perfect for relaxing, spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. It was lovely to have a dip in the pool early morning and the pool area was never crowded. We loved the Bajan food, both in the restaurants and from the stalls at the side of the road., and the locals are such fun and so welcoming

We had a fabulous time at No.15 The Falls. I was really happy with the super king size bed which was very comfortable and the black out curtains. The bedroom was large and spacious and sunny. Very comfortable house with all the facilities we needed including a bbq. The location was also fantastic thirty second walk to the main road where you could easily pick up a bus or walk to Holetown in 15 minutes. The house keepers Ros and Sandra were very welcoming and helpful. It was also great to have Barbara on the end of the phone to help with any problems or queries we had. I loved it and am hoping to go back soon!

We arrived on a late flight and were met by the a very pleasant house advisor. She walked us through the property and familiarised us with the home and property. It is a very well furnished home with all the conveniences of home. Well situated just behind Sandy Lane. We enjoy both Sandy lane beach and Paynes bay beach, which are very close with a public access between the two beaches within walking distance and one or two minutes by car. A thoroughly great stay.

We had a really lovely holiday and greatly enjoyed the use of this property. Everything from start to finish was great. The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful and the property is outstanding. A lovely location and great decor with all the furnishings you could need. Everybody loved it, and the monkeys visiting in the mornings was always a good start to the day. We would definitely be looking to use it again and would highly recommend it.
Sarah Harvey

can't speak highly enough of this property and the whole experience from start to finish. Communications regarding booking was simple and straightforward with any queries being answered quickly and accurately. The service from the house keepers and other on site staff was good, enough but not in your way. The property itself was wonderful, well equipped kitchen, spacious accommodation, plenty of room in all 3 bedrooms, air conditioning and fans in bedrooms too, shared pool good size and often had it to ourselves, secure development and above all very clean and well presented. Great location near Holetown which is certainly within walking distance but is a fair walk, not always with pavements and can be tricky after dark. After the first night we preferred to drive especially with children. Holetown is lovely and our favourite part of the island, new developments are catering for the upmarket traveller so hope they can do this sympathetically and without spoiling the traditional charm. We loved it and would definitely go back both to Holetown and to this particular property.

5 star accommodation. We travelled to Barbados for a relaxing and romantic holiday and were amazed at the luxury of the house. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Living areas were comfortable and elegant with a well equipped kitchen. The added extras of games, books, cable TV ,Ipod speakers so you can listen to your own music made it a real home from home. We loved the patio area and had amazing breakfasts watching the troup of local monkeys wander past with their babies, it really started the day off well. It was lovely having a shared pool to be able to cool off in. The complex of houses are very well run by a band of locals who are both friendly and informative. We like being so close to Holetown where we could go to the beaches, local bars and eateries. There is a supermarket for all your groceries and a lovely chattel house complex of local crafts. We had a truly relaxing holiday and will definitely go back there again..perhaps taking all the family next time as there was plenty of room

As this was our 1st time in Barbados we found the location ideal. It is only a few minutes to Sandy Lane and Paynes Bay beaches and is ideally located to explore the rest of the island. We were greeted on arrival by Sandra who made us feel very welcome. The Townhouse is quiet and peaceful but ideally located on the West coast for the beaches, restaurants and happy hours! We made good use of the pool and were able to enjoy quiet evening meals in the rear garden. Despite being new the house has a real Caribbean flavour and is furnished to a very high standard, was spotless and had everything we needed. The 24 hour security gave us peace of mind. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning a stay in Barbados. We would be more than happy to stay again!

Just a quick note to thank you for the loan of your amazing property in Barbados, having just returned from the airport I am happy to report that the accommodation helped make our stay in Barbados very special & we are likely to return in the near future.
Jonathan, Samantha and Shannon Hurst

We came to Barbados to get married in Sandy Lane Hotel. We all had an amazing holiday/wedding/honeymoon. The house had absolutely everything you needed. Will definitely come back. Thank you!
Pete and Rosie Stanley

The four of us had a dream holiday in Barbados. We could not have found a better place to stay. We mixed typical beach holidaying with golf and went to some fabulous local restaurants as well as eating in on a couple of occasions. The Falls is right next to the Sandy Lane Estate and means that you get the location without the cost. It is very quiet and relaxing but very handy to get to beaches, shops and the nightlife in Holetown. The house is superbly equipped and is furnished in authentic Caribbean with a monkey theme! I would definitely recommend it.
Cathy and Paul O’Reilly

The house was better than advertised! It is fully equipped and everything has been thought of from the smooth booking, the “meet and greet” through to the crockery, glasses, laundry, cooking utensils and juicer for those early evening cocktails! All has been tastefully thought out. There was also maps, books on the island and plenty of guides. Sandra is a very accommodating Housekeeper, nothing was too much trouble. The quietness of the area provides tranquillity but within 5 minutes you can be in the heart of Holetown and dancing in the piano bar! In the small development, the pool area and pool house are a welcoming retreat after a day out, quite often you have the pool to yourself!
